“The only bad workout is the one that didn’t happen.” ▫️ Strength and conditioning isn’t my thing. I’m not going to sit here and say I enjoy working out, but is it a necessity in my daily routine, absolutely! The older I get the more I realize that my health has to be a top priority. I have a heart condition that lately has been bothering me (to the point I will be seeing my cardiologist soon), I’ve gained unwanted weight 😒 I like donuts ok? 😂🤣, and I’ve been realizing my eating habits are so far off from each other I’m not giving myself a chance to burn fat (I’m storing it 🥴🤬). So let’s be clear, as much as I HATE working out it helps my mind, my body, and my spirit. And if I must say wearing a cute workout outfit doesn’t hurt 😉🤪 ▫️ As I approached 2020 I knew there were things I needed to do for myself that no one, but myself, could do. & that is... to stay consistent and focused on the prize.
