Being healthy and active are the most important things for me right now. It’s always a work in progress for me these last couple of years. I’ve stepped up my activity since spring by starting running a mile, mile and a half each morning, then walking another 2.5-3 miles at night when I can.
I’ve added using arm weights 3-4 times a week to my routine, although I’m not as strict and tend to put it off more than I should.
Instead of getting discouraged with my body, weight, or lack of motivation sometimes, I’ve decided to embrace all of the positive steps I’ve taken.
Small steps are steps too!
Being healthy and active shouldn’t be a luxury, but rather a basic need. rbxactive seeks to bring fashionable fitness apparel and products to everyone at affordable prices.
