I cannot believe it’s already been 66 days since the start of the new year. I am so grateful to have started this journey for several reasons. But the main thing I’m grateful for are the amazing people I met on here because of the Gymshark 66 Challenge. Just to shoutout a few fitgurlsel rad.fiitt getfitsters whitfitt_ trainwithshiv wellnesswithvina andrealauren.fit gladly_gabby and so many other amazing women and men! This process taught me more patience and gratitude, and I will continue to practice these. But this journey doesn’t end here. I will continue to appreciate books and read more, I will continue my yoga journey, and I will continue to be kind and show my gratitude.
