What is this?

This is our way of showing our appreciation. You'll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.

Who can join?

Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled.

How do I earn points?

How do I view my points balance?

Your point balance is on every page in the top bar.

How do I redeem my points?

If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward and apply the reward during checkout.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No, there is no limit.

What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?

Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.

Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals.

Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).

Why did my account balance go down?

You, or someone you referred, cancelled and the points will be removed from your account.

I completed an online activity but didn't earn points!

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.

Can I use my points during checkout?

Yes. Please note a minimum of 300 points are needed per purchase and a maximum of 1500.

How do I leave the program?

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.

Terms and Conditions

To qualify for RBX Rewards Points, you must have registered for a RBX Rewards account.

For every $1 spent online at rbxactive.com, you will receive 5, 7, or 10 points based on your level status.

Your RBX Rewards level status will reset every 12 months. All unused points balance will remain in your account.

Purchases made using guest checkout will not add points to your account. Please ensure you are signed in to earn points for every purchase. RBX cannot subsequently add on points on purchases you made while not signed in.

Once you reach a redeemable number of points, you may apply it to your purchase during checkout. A minimum of 500 points is needed per purchase.

Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

Points cannot be transferred to another RBX Rewards account.

Points are pending and are cleared 14 days after purchase. Any points accrued from purchases that are later canceled or returned will be removed from your account.

Purchases made in stores do not qualify for RBX Rewards Points.

Purchases of gift cards and purchases made using gift cards do not qualify for RBX Rewards Points.

Delivery charges and/or taxes are not included when calculating your earned points. You do not earn points from delivery fees and/or taxes.

RBX may cancel, withdraw or alter RBX Rewards Points at any time, including these Terms and Conditions and any RBX Active Points account, without notice.
