What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website

All styles currently in-stock are available to order on our website. If a style is not shown on our website then it may be an older style, a retailer exclusive style, or is no longer available. For any questions, please contact us at cs@rbxactive.com.

Can I order by phone, fax or email?

We currently accept orders via our direct website and over the phone at the number (888) 588-2892. We are available at this phone number Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST, excluding holidays.

What forms of payment do you accept?

RBXActive.com accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Afterpay, PayPal, and various other express checkout options. All available options can be seen at checkout.

Can I use more than one payment method when placing an order?

No, our website does not allow split payment methods at this time.

What if my credit card shows multiple charges?

You may see additional pending charges if payment was attempted but did not go through or result in placing an order. Pending charges that do not result in an order being placed typically drop off within 2-3 business days. If you notice multiple charges or any issue with your payment, please contact us at cs@rbxactive.com so we may further assist you.

Can I make a change to an existing order?

Please email cs@rbxactive.com to request a change to your order. Order changes can be made only up to the point that your order has reached the processing stage with our warehouse. We are not able to guarantee any changes once an order is placed.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This tracking number can be used to track your order through the specific shipping carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number please email cs@rbxactive.com.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled only in the instance where the order has not yet reached the shipping stage. Please send your cancellation request to cs@rbxactive.com.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping for continental US orders starts at $5.95. If your order meets the designated threshold for free standard shipping, this will be applied at checkout. For orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, standard shipping starts at $14.95. For international orders, available shipping methods and costs will be displayed at checkout.

How will my order be shipped?

The specific shipping method will be determined at the time our warehouse ships your order, though the most common carriers we use are USPS and UPS. We can not guarantee shipment with a specific carrier when standard shipping is selected. International orders will be shipped with the carrier selected at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

RBX Active currently ships to the Continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and various other international countries!

Once you enter your shipping address at checkout, all available shipping options will be displayed for your selection. Please note that some shipping methods include applicable import taxes and fees, while others do not, and this will be noted at checkout. We do not offer free returns or exchanges for international orders.

What happens if my order does not arrive?

Do you accept returns for items purchased from a 3rd party retailer?

We can not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on a third party site or from a separate retailer. Please contact their customer service for additional information regarding returns. If you have any questions, please contact us at cs@rbxactive.com.

Do you accept returns on sale items?

All clearance sales are final, and are not eligible for return or exchange. Any items marked Final Sale at the time of order are not eligible for return or exchange.
