Return policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please note our policy guidelines and initiate your request via the portal at the link below. You can return items for an exchange, store credit, or refund back to your original payment method. Refunds can take up to 15 business days to be initiated from the date of delivery back to our warehouse.
In order to be eligible for a refund, your return must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
- Merchandise must be returned unused and unwashed, with original hang tags still attached. All items are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to reject returned items that do not meet these guidelines.
PLEASE NOTE:
- All items marked as "Clearance" are final sale and are not eligible for return.
- Undergarments/boxers are final sale and are not eligible for return.
- Only items purchased on rbxactive.com are eligible for return. We do not accept returns on items purchased from 3rd party retailers.
- Outgoing shipping charges are not refunded.
- We do not offer free return or exchange shipping for international orders.
- We do not offer free return or exchange shipping for footwear. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund amount at the time of processing.
Exchanges:
Exchanges can only be processed for a different color and/or size of the same style. We cannot process an exchange for a different style. Exchange items are not held for reserve and may sell out before your exchange request can be processed.
Processing a Return Request
To request a return or exchange, please visit our returns portal at the link below. A prepaid return label will be generated and emailed to you once your RMA has been submitted. Please note that refunds can take up to 15 business days from the date of return delivery to be initiated.
