We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please note our policy guidelines and initiate your request via the portal at the link below. You can return items for an exchange, store credit, or refund back to your original payment method. Refunds can take up to 15 business days to be initiated from the date of delivery back to our warehouse.
Extended Holiday Return Window: Eligible items purchased between November 1, 2025 and December 24, 2025 can be returned/exchanged through January 15, 2026. All other return policy guidelines apply.
