FREE STANDARD SHIPPING FOR ALL U.S. ORDERS OF $50 OR MORE
We offer FREE standard shipping for all U.S. orders with a subtotal of $50 or more.
A $5.95 standard shipping fee applies to any U.S. order with a subtotal under $50.
Our orders ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Standard shipping orders ship from our warehouse within 72 business hours and typically take anywhere from 1-7 days to be delivered depending on the carrier and your location.
*Please note a signature requirement may apply to orders over $300.
$19.95 Expedited 2-Day U.S. Shipping
We offer UPS 2-Day Shipping for $19.95 for US Domestic orders. Orders must be placed by 11am EST to ship out same day.
*Please note 2-day time frame refers to business days and does not include weekends or holidays.
*We cannot ship expedited orders to PO boxes, APO addresses or
US Non-Continental addresses.
International Shipping
We offer shipping to many countries worldwide.
Applicable fees and shipping carrier options/time frames will display once your address is input at checkout, if we ship to that country.

Shipping/Delivery Questions or Problems
*You will be emailed tracking information for your reference. Please know we have no control over unforeseen carrier delays once a package leaves our facility. Please contact the shipping carrier with any questions.
*Please notify our customer service team at [email protected] of any issues with your shipment within 7 days of delivery. We cannot make any claims for an issue after this time frame.
ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION
We offer the option of purchasing Route Package Protection during checkout on our site. This offers full shipping insurance on the shipment(s) in your order to protect against lost, damaged or stolen shipments.
*If you purchased Route shipping insurance with your order and have a problem with your shipment, please file a claim directly with Route via the link below. Route will be in direct contact with you and will assist with replacement/refund options.
