The material is nice and the compression is adequate. The only thing that was odd is that the waist band doesn't seem to be elastic. When pulling the pants up - it sounds like the waist band is tearing (the stitching) and doesn't really give. We'll see how this holds up over time. I'm going to say they are true to size but I do find myself pulling up the leg - maybe I ordered a size too bog but then I couldn't imagine that the waist band would allow me to get them over my hips. My hips are 38 inches and I ordered a medium.

I ordered size medium just like my favorite capris by RBX. I also ordered a size medium skirt. My capri pant's waist was 4 inches smaller than my new skirt and my other pair of size medium capri pants. I had to return them.
