Love the design but fabric looks flawed

"A great comfortable dress to wear with leggings. Hits just above the knee on my 5’4” frame. The brushed fabric is nicer than sweatshirt material however there are white lines in a couple areas that look like flaws. If I had not thrown it in the washer before I noticed the lines, I would have returned the item"
