My favorite fleece lined leggings. They're thin enough to be comfy, but still very warm. My only complaint is that they are way too long. A short / petite length would be a great option. I'm 5'1" and the XS is probably 5-6 inches too long. Despite all the extra material bunched up at my ankles, they're still my favorites.

I had some pants that I bought about 6 years ago and they still look amazing, so I looked at the tag and found their website and bought more pants for myself and wife.
