Are the lower legs seamless? If not, where are the seams?

Hi Maria. This item is not seamless. If you click on the olive color, you will be able to see where the seams/stitching is, along the sides of the leggings as well as at the ankles.

I am 5' 71/2", 114 lbs. Athletic but thin build. Size 4 in Levis jeans. For some reason I usually get size M in leggings, but then they seem a little loose. Would a small fit me? I want the high rise waist since I will use these to teach Pilates in a cold studio.
